New, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Please complete the form below for information on how to return items and to ensure expedited processing of your store credit upon receipt. Store credit is issued within 7 days of confirmed receipt of goods.
Due to the limited inventories available, exchanges are not available at this time. We recommend you return any unwanted items for store credit and place a new order for the preferred items.
Please fill out the form within 3 business days for any item that arrives damaged to receive a full refund or replacement. We will reach out to obtain photos of the damage for the shipping insurance claim. At this time, we are unable to offer returns or replacements for items reported beyond these windows.
If an item breaks within 14 days of purchase, please fill out the form below and we will respond with an appropriate remediation – either store credit, replacement parts, or other solution, pending the source and extent of the damage. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer full refunds or replacements for items beyond 14 days. Please reach out if you have any questions about proper use, weight carrying restrictions, etc.
