Life is all about balance.
I’m a frequent traveler, first-time blogger, and fitness junkie, just trying to make it all work. I started writing this blog to chronicle my first foray into the world of competitive bodybuilding, and even though my competition days are (temporarily?) behind me, I still struggle to balance my fitness goals with my almost-constant traveling.
This is the story of a girl who spent years trying to lose 20 lbs on her own before finally asking for help. I’ve lost the weight (plus some) with the help of an amazing nutrition coach and a few different trainers, and finally started to figure out how to live a healthy lifestyle that still works with my crazy schedule. This is the story about that middle ground between eating healthy and working out, and living the life I want, and some of the insights and little things that keep me sane on this crazy whirlwind tour that we call life.
